• Stadium Seating Plans are indicative and subject to change at any time - per the team & stadium.
• Your match ticket will be located in the stated general section, with specific section/row/seat confirmed upon ticket delivery. Upgrades can be requested at point of sale, with a supplement price provided/applicable. Match tickets are non-refundable.
• The NFL implements a "flexible scheduling" procedure throughout the season. This flexible scheduling means that while games are confirmed (except Week 18, which is currently TBC), they may still be subject to change for TV scheduling etc (IE. Moved from Sunday Afternoon to Monday Night). For the 2024 season, flexible scheduling will also include Sunday, Monday Night Football, as well as Thursday Night Football on a trial basis. If a scheduling change occurs, Cassidy Travel will notify you at the earliest convenience and review your booking accordingly - your booking will remain valid for the fixture selected.
• American Football tickets are digital match tickets, and are issued via ticketmaster. Tickets will be issued the week of the game, to your nominated email address. Tickets can be synced to your apple/google pay wallets. Tickets are unlikely to allow printing!
• Match Tickets are not face value, and have not been purchased at face value.
• Any applicable in-resort fees/city taxes are not included in your package cost and will be charged directly by the hotel.
