The pair have battled it out in two all out wars in recent years, with Taylor winning two extremely-close contests, the first of which came at the same venue in April 2022, with the Bray native winning via majority-decision. Taylor also secured victory when the pair fought on the Mike Tyson V Jake Paul card in November 2024, winning by unanimous decision.
