All bookings are for the specific session/meet, not for a date.

Please be aware, while unlikely, sessions/meets may change at short notice due to circumstances outside of our control. Therefore, please ensure that your travel arrangements are suitable to allow for potential session/meet time & date changes - even if a change is unlikely. Unfortunately, no refund will be payable if you are unable to attend the rescheduled session/meet date and/or cancel your package. So we urge you to keep your personal calendar flexible around the time of your intended trip.

All Diamond League Athletic packages include a minimum of 2-Nights’ Accommodation, which will be on the night prior & following your event, unless otherwise stated. Additional night(s) accommodation may be added to your package at a supplement (subject to availability), lesser durations are also available.

Children aged 16 years or under must be accompanied to the event by an adult.

Children under the age of 2 years old will require a Babes In Arms ticket to access the stadium. The child must be strapped to their parent/guardian or be happy to sit on their knee for the duration of the event. If a seat is required a Junior (2-16 years old) ticket must be purchased.

Event tickets are issued 2-5 days prior to your selected session/meet, electronically via email/digital ticket transfer. Cassidy Travel Sports will contact you with the relevant information/procedure to safely secure your event ticket.

Due to the nature of the event, featured events/disciplines are subject to change and at the discretion of the event organisers.
