How to get around?

Madrid is a bustling city with many transport options ranging from car rental to the metro. Taxis cost a flat rate of €30 from the airport into the city centre. Make sure to download MyTaxi before your trip. Although taxis are not very expensive another cheap alternative is taking the metro. You can purchase a ten trip ticket for less than €20.

Where to eat?

Madrid is the home to some of the best tapas Spain has to offer. Here are our top three choices. (1) Juana Laloca (2) El Patio del Fisgon (3) La Pescaderia.

Where to drink?

Whether it is a rooftop cocktail or a hidden wine bar you are looking for Madrid has it all. Be sure to hit up these spots on your trip. (1) Círculo de Bellas Artes (2)Vinícola Mentridana (3) Mercado de San Antón

What to see?

In a city so rich in culture and history and it would be a shame not to soak up some of the sights while there. We suggest strolling around the Prado Museum before rowing a boat around El Retiro park. Finally, if you can handle it go and see a Bullfight like the locals.
